日産、ルノー、三菱自３社「アライアンスボード」－ゴーン体制決別へ

日産自動車と仏ルノー、三菱自動車は12日、３社連合（アライアンス）の強化を目指す「アライアンスオペレーティングボード」を設立すると発表した。議長にはルノーのジャンドミニク・スナール会長が就任する。
発表資料によると、同ボードは３社の協業を推進するとともに、各社の株主や従業員の価値創造を実現するための取り組みを追求する。カルロス・ゴーン前会長が強い影響力を持って主導してきた旧体制から決別し、３社で構成する新たな組織によって意思決定する仕組みへと改める。

日産の西川広人社長兼最高経営責任者（ＣＥＯ）と三菱自の益子修会長ＣＥＯ、ルノーのジャンドミニク・スナール会長とティエリー・ボロレＣＥＯの４人が同日夕、横浜市内の日産本社で共同会見を開き、こうした方針を説明した。
従来は日産とルノーの合弁でオランダ・アムステルダムにある「ルノー産ＢＶ（ＲＮＢＶ）」や、同じく日産と三菱自の合弁会社である「日産三菱ＢＶ（ＮＭＢＶ）」などが存在したが、新しいボードはこれに置き換わるもので、ガバナンスを監督する唯一の機関となる。アライアンス ボードによるオペレーション上の意思決定はメンバーの合意に基づき行われる。
ＲＮＢＶについては、ゴーン被告による不正の温床になっていた可能性があるとして日産とルノーが共同で調査している。日産と三菱自はゴーン被告がＮＭＢＶから10億円の不正報酬を受け取っていたと指摘していた。
