※このデーターは9月30日までの暫定数
（交通事故日報から）
千葉県（前年比＋27人）、神奈川県（同＋15人）、埼玉県（同＋9人）、で、死者数が大きく増加しています。また愛知県は昨年まで15年連続でワースト1です。
千葉県の昨年の死者数は154人で、前年より31人減少しています。しかし今年は9月まで、すべての月で昨年同月を上回っており、9月だけでも20人（九州合計と同じ）が亡くなっています。
